Im angry with Roadshow bosses for their greed.
Im angry with site bosses for not thinking were worth more money.
Im angry with HR for lying to AEC saying there is no where for us to vote. We just had a vote for EBA .
And im angry with some of those who I work with who are sitting on the fence and making this fight just that little bit harder.
But I was taught anger is good, anger keeps up the fight within.
Anger is whats going to get us through this fight and fight we will,we have been treated like kids from site management for so long know and enough is enough.When your pushed into a corner theres only one way out and thats FIGHTING . Hope your ready Roadshow because we are. We tried to comprimise we tried to negotiate but you you didn’t think we where worth it YOU HAVE NO RESPECT FOR US AND YOU NEVER HAVE .
We will get the postal ballot up easy,thats round 1.
We will get media coverage like you wouldn’t believe,that will be round 2.
We will get local community support like you wouldn’t believe ,that will be round 3.
And we will come out swinging in every round until the fight is WON.
