Well as of today we casted our vote to decide weather we accept or reject the company’s offer. As a result the workers both union and non voted NO… SO managers lets sit, talk and resolve our differents before things get out of hands. IF you refuse then let see what you and us can we do reach an agreement. As far as we know, you stopped but we haven’t.. Consequently we responded with NO to your rush voting. Although we wear green color shirt or the so called blue collar, but we are NOT STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITs a two way conversation now mates. I still LOVE ya all but don’t hang in there too long or else..

Well the majority have spoken and we say enough is enough!!! We have been inside the box for so long and now we are standing up and thinking outside box!..Wake up and don’t be a pushover to some employees who voted Yes! THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX!!! More power to NUW!!!

With all the bullshit thats been floating around the shed pushed bye managment.
We still said no.
We said no too the wage offer.
We said no too the sick leave accrual.
And we say no to the bullshit.
We will fight, not for a week,not for a month,but for as long as it takes to be paid a descent wage.
That represents the work we do for the biggest DVD supplier in Australia.We all work hard and we are proud of what we do.We do it well and should be paid well for it.So to all those still not members of the union if your part of the management then we understand ,you allready get paid well above the majority of us.If your on the floor wake up,they don’t care about us or our family’s.They have robbed us for years look at the picnic/ birthday day.Look at the afternoon shift 20min paid break.Look at our WAGES they demand everything and pay us barley above the min Award wage. Join us know and get the respect we all deserve.Don’t be conned.
